As a Certified Massage Technician, I have over 500 hours of training in various modalities with more than 25 years of experience in private practice.

My recent trainings have lead me into offering Shamanic Healing work, which can be a beautiful integration on a healing journey and I also offer Transformational Guidance.

I encourage you to make the most of each session by bringing focus and breath into each moment, asking for what you need is both empowering and freeing. Breathing and moving together we co-create a meditative, healing space and journey.
